We have lived at Hampton Woods for two years and the only major problems we've had were neighbors upstairs who leave their dogs locked in a closet for two or three days and we can hear every minute of the dog throwing a fit. The management didn't really care about that. But then about a month ago, they sent a crew to tear down the rock wall on the outside of our apartment and put up wood siding and failed to mention anything to us about it. A crew of strange guys showed up one morning and started tearing down the wall. The guy in charge of the construction work said it would take a couple days, it ended up being four days of us unable to walk outside our apartment. Then they plugged in their powertools to our electrical outlet that we pay the bill for. I was livid! When I confronted the office about it they said they were busy and forgot to tell us, like that's an excuse. And everytime we sign a new lease they raise the rent by ten dollars so we are now paying about thirty or forty dollars more a month than what we were originally. These apartments are not worth the money!!!
