Apartments are decent, definately pricey as hell... i've lived here for about 9 months and have had my air conditioner break 5 times.. by looking at it, its obviously a really old unit but the managers wont let the maintenance man replace the unit... sometimes the office people are nice, sometimes they are rude. Atleast the maintance man is very very very friendly, he gets an A in my book..

The walls are paper thin, but thank god the people that live around me are also very nice and considerate. Occaisonally I can hear the person above me but that aint too bad; however, i became all too familiar with the intimate details of my next door neighbors life, as I could hear every single word (and noise) that was said whenever we were both in the bedrooms (that share a wall). Also the person above me expressed that he was very glad that I moved in downstairs, because before he constantly heard 'noises' from the previous occupant's bedroom.

Also my iPod was stolen out of my car while parked outside my apt... luckily the idiots didn't notice the huge subwoofers in the trunk.. and on that note there are often people driving through the parking blasting their stereos in the wee morning hours... and thats just rude.

Also, on two of the three occaisons when I've gotten a notice on my door that someone would be coming to spray for bugs sometime the next day, the people just stick the key in the door and walk right in, no knock or anything.. One time it was about 9am and I had just woken up and was cooking breakfast, still in my underwear... They got yelled at for that, hopefully it wont happen again.

Also regarding the review about brown "recluse" spiders, there is a spider problem but they appear just to be field spiders, nothing poisonous like some person thought.

Pet deposit is also friggin' outrageous.
