I like the management, everyone in the office is helpful and smiles pretty much all the time. Maintenance does fine work and shows up in a reasonable amount of time, not super quick but they do have other things to do. The guy that locks up the laundry room at night is awesome, when we had an ice storm he walked around the parking lot to make sure people didn't park their cars under limbs that might fall. The units are a little pricey but the price is comparable to most other places in norman. Also it's got ducks which is cool.

The worst parts can all be traced back to the other tenants. The parking lot and spaces are narrow, which wouldnt be a problem if other tenants would drive more considerately. One friday night somebody smashed up the right side of my car pretty hard, there are big redneck trucks with loud exhaust pipes racing their engines at all hours of the night. A pair of my girlfriends jeans were stolen from the laundry room. And you can hear *everything* the people above you do.
