first off let me start by saying,I love my apartment, i love the set up, i love the staff here at the apartments, maintence is amazing, office workers are awesome.


but....new owners took over and raised the prices sky high. the new owners jacked the price of the laundry up by 50 cents each load with out warning, they also took away the online bill pay so that really sucks! before the new owners, hampton woods would throw parties and bring in great food and even a keg! but now that the new owners have come in that has stopped. its pretty sad that these changes have made the place undesireable. i will not be renewing my lease again.

Yes, rent was raised, and so were laundry prices, but this happens when ANY apartment complex has new ownership. This happened at my former apartment complex here in Norman, too. Part of the reason for the higher rent is becauset the grounds and apartments themselves are being completely renovated. That cost money. That money has to come from somewhere, and if you're going to be living in a nicer apartment, you would expect to be paying more than you would be in an apartment that has not just recently been renovated. The online bill pay is back, just had to switch everythign over from the old systems to the new ones. If you have questions about it, speak with the leasing agents or apartment manager as to how you would need to sign up.
