Ok where to start well the FBI bust on our office, the crack heads that leave needles in the ceiling and holes in the walls where they try to create tunnels, but I have stories of my own now the people are great, and are there for you in emergencies but the apartments are crap on thanksgiving I came home to find my apartment had been flooded and everything I own shoved into the living room and no note to be found as to tell me what was going on (they do not have to let you know when they enter if it is an emergency, but they do have to know that they have been there) they didn't the maintenance man said that they were trying to hide it and hoped I had been out of town. then I was told that I needed to sleep in my car because they were not going to pay me back to say in a hotel, they did not replace anything that was ruined and refused to give me a discount considering the smell and I could not live there for 7 days. Hot water tanks burst about once a month around here, now these people are true slumlords they will try to fix it with as little cost as possible I know this because they ducked taped my hot water tank in and refused to do anything else until I had contacted the city and you bet you bottom dollar they fix it that next day. The roach problem in this complex is bad, very bad and they will not do anything about it. When I first moved in they would not replace the carpet with a new one but did give me a discount so I only pay 350 a month I have lived her for almost 2 years and I am looking for a new apartment. Good luck if you attempt to live here do not be surprised if you do experience a flood or a fire do this at least if you move in here GET RENTERS INSURANCE!
