If you don't need much kitchen space these are the apartments for you. The manager makes her own hours and is rarely around because the place is so small, but she gets things fixed pretty promptly. The inside of the apartments is nice. The appliances are old, but for the price they will work. My only problem has been the noisy idiots who moved in by me. They are loud and obnoxious and don't care who hears them partying every night. Everyone else keeps to themselves and are polite and quiet. Not too many students living in this area. I like it A LOT!!!!!! And, the interstate is right down the road. Wal-Mart is 5 minutes away. Target isn't much farther. Starbucks is down the road. It's just GREAT!!!! For real give these apartments a look!!!
