Nothing but problems!
We lived here for about 6 mos. It was not a good experience. We had all sorts of issues, heat, water, electric and noise. We reported these things quickly and some were delt with quickly most were not. Upon moving out we discovered that landladyā¦Ā See More >jellybeanwine

Most frustrating complex I've ever lived in
We lived in these apartments for 6 months. When we showed up for our move in date, there was a painting 'crew' there (a guy and his two boys it appeared) still painting. We called Darla and she just told us they wouldā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Lived there twice
I lived at the Patio twice in my life, under both managers. I think it is a pretty good deal for the price. The first time I had a 1br for $365 and the second time I had a 2br for $435. Pros: Granted, they areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Change of mgmt:
I do have to add that the new management Darla does not provide 24-hour notice - or any notice - prior to entering the apartments. In addition, I had other residents tell me that they saw her entering my apartment while I was gone. Sheā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Everything about this place is horrible
First of all, Darla the manager has no idea what she is doing. She smokes like a freight train in the laundry room making everyones clothes smell like cig. smoke. Everything she told us before we moved in has been a lie, the sidewalk isā¦Ā See More >former_renter_thank_goodness

Tiny but OK
Tiny apartment, very polite and nice apartment manager lady, felt safe and secure there. Only problem is apartments are poorly built, lots of leaks from rain, and appliances didn't work (really crappy dishwasher). Most tenants live there for many years, so it's aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Basic Housing
Good basic housing, but I have a few complaints. Our unit was not ready for us on the agreed upon date. We showed up with all of our furniture and learned that the carpet had not been cleaned yet. Of course, hours later whenā¦Ā See More >DVDFreaker

I am considering this apartment
I am considering this apartment and it's great that it's right down the road by Starbucks and Mazzio's (both my favorites) and Darla is a nice lady but it's really tiny though! I do work in downtown Oklahoma City and driving from Norman to Oklahomaā¦Ā See More >bia101

Nothing to "write home" about, but it's not terrible either
TINY is the perfect word to describe these apartments! At least they're in a great location...close to I-35, grocery shopping, the mall, and all the restaurants on Ed Noble. The walls in the apartments are paper-thin. Everytime your neighbor gets in or out of bed,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Just OK
We lived there for a year. Lisa, the manager was very nice and efficient. I agree with some other reviewers that the units are small. I had a two-bedroom, for the price less than that of a 1-bedroom from previous city, but both rooms areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Has Pro's and Con's
These apartments are TINY, but in a great location! Half a mile from I-35! The complex is relatively quiet but the walls in the apartments are thin as paper. Everytime your neighbor shuts the bathroom door, turns on the radio, or starts the shower, youā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Ok
I've lived here over a year and for the price and a college town, they're just fine. They are old and they are very small. But they're kinda' cute and it's a quiet complex in a great part of town. I have a 2ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Horrible!
These apartments are tiny, drafty, and you can hear every noise everyone makes around you! Repairs are never taken care of properly or in a timely fashion. The carpet is old, appliances are old, and the tile is coming up from floor. The only wayā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Nice landscape and location
This is a nice apartment yet they are smaller than normal apartments. If don't need a lot of space, and want calming peaceful landscape, at an affordable price, this is the place for you.ā¦Ā See More >laynelively

Good Location
If you don't need much kitchen space these are the apartments for you. The manager makes her own hours and is rarely around because the place is so small, but she gets things fixed pretty promptly. The inside of the apartments is nice.ā¦Ā See More >Patio Apartments
