Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
These apartments are tiny, drafty, and you can hear every noise everyone makes around you! Repairs are never taken care of properly or in a timely fashion. The carpet is old, appliances are old, and the tile is coming up from floor. The only way you should live here is if you are totally strapped for cash.
