I've lived here over a year and for the price and a college town, they're just fine. They are old and they are very small. But they're kinda' cute and it's a quiet complex in a great part of town. I have a 2 bed/2 bath for about $450/mo. For a student/grad student who really wants to save money while in school and not deal with noisy roomies, I'd recommend these. The cons are: management is very nice, but we just got a new manager that took the emergency 24-hour maintenance contact off the voicemail so if something goes wrong over the weekend, you get to live with it until Monday. In addition, the pest control guys aren't coming out every month anymore and there are more spider and bug problems this summer. The rooms are small and the kitchen is itsy. The pros: the price is decent, you're right by a Walmart, gas station, Target, I-35, Starbucks and the edge of town. Management is friendly and does fix issues, rather than ignoring them indefinitely. It's safe and quiet and gets the job done.
