These apartments are TINY, but in a great location! Half a mile from I-35! The complex is relatively quiet but the walls in the apartments are thin as paper. Everytime your neighbor shuts the bathroom door, turns on the radio, or starts the shower, you know it. We've lived here over a year, and since various people have moved in and out, there's been some questionable behavior going on lately. People have had property stolen from their cars, the police have been out a few times on noise complaints and to arrest people (who knows what for), and I know other things have happened that I'm better off not knowing about. And this only started happening in the past 2-3 months! Before then, nothing ever happened that you had to worry about. The neighbors are friendly, no complaints there. It's a great location, but with the behavior of others, it makes me question my safety sometimes. Just use common sense: keep the doors locked, DEFINATELY ALWAYS lock your car and park it in a place where you can ALWAYS keep an eye on it or hear if there's any "hanky-panky" going on. I haven't met the new manager, but the one before her was worthless in terms of getting anything done. She made her own hours instead of actually being here from 9-5 like the sign on the door said. These are ok if you a student or looking for a decent, cheap place to live, but I would recommend looking elsewhere. I know for a fact that there are nicer apartments and complexes on the west side of Norman. These are cheap for a reason.

Used to live there, but I would rate "parking" as maybe 2 at the best. There's plenty of it, it's just the idiots that live there have no idea how to park between the 2 yellow lines dividing the parking spaces! They are there FOR A REASON, not to be parked over or on, but BETWEEN!! (Remember how in elementary school, you were taught to color BETWEEN the lines??? Or...when driving on any street where there's other people, you must stay between your two lines or you get flipped off, cussed out, and in a wreck??) Yeah...same concept applies here!! The lines are not there just for a splash of color!! MOST people there have decent to nice cars and don't want their door dinged by some careless dumbas* wh*re! Watch out!!!
