We lived there for a year. Lisa, the manager was very nice and efficient. I agree with some other reviewers that the units are small. I had a two-bedroom, for the price less than that of a 1-bedroom from previous city, but both rooms are quite small. It did come with two bath room. The living room is very small, kitchen was ok. The location is very good, just off I-35. The dollar theater is within walking distance. This is Oklahoma, we felt pretty safe when lived there. There were couple times we went out for short trips for a day or two, we just left the balcony door open for the cat.
