This Apt complex is a very nice place to live, it is quiet and has excellent location with regard to the University. The prices our moderate for Norman and if you go on year leases the "renewal increases" our very minimal. The front office staff our very courdious and friendly, they seem to approach every situation with a "can do attitude" that?s what i like. Moreover, if I ever had a maintenance problem, the maintenance crew would take care of my problem the first day of reporting it or the second day @ the very latest. The grounds our always kept up "for the most part" and the pools kept clean durring the summer.
