I as the manager look these reviews over about once a month. I noticed that a lot of other apartments write their own reviews to better their ratings. This is a good site, however it doesn't give management any way to reply back to people. Also most of the people who are going to take the time to write something, are doing it out of anger rather than a good experience. I feel we provide an excellent place to call home. 99% of our residents leave very happy. The people who aren't happy usually expect too much out of apartment living(no noise, brand new appliances or did not read their lease correctly). Most of our residents are law students or graduate students which makes for a peaceful environment. This also makes for a lot of people moving in and out after graduation. Out of the 100s of people who have graduated and moved out we have only received a handful of negative feedback which is pretty good. Our prices are based off comparisons from other apartments in our market area. We provide free tanning, cart service, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts and clean, quiet, friendly environment.
