It always takes more than one call to get anyone out to work on any problems. Very little kitchen space. The office help doesn't really help. They advertise a clubhouse, but you cannot use it because they got "new" furniture in it. They bought a widscreen tv for the office, but won't pay anyone to clean the pool, so you end up swimming with June bugs every year. They are always closing the office 20-30 minutes before thier posted closing time, and always increacing the rent but not the quatity of the apartment. The one credit is that their maintnance men are very nice, as is the nice girl they have in the office.

For the price you could rent a better apartment.

okay, about the pool. I have a pool at my parents house and if you clean the damn thing 24 hours a day....there will still be june bugs because there are 90 trillion june bugs in Norman alone. If you want them out...get them out yourself. I have never had a problem with the girls closing the office early. Infact, one of the girls actually took my sister and law and me on a tour of a two bedroom AFTER they closed...and she even had to go pick up her little boy from daycare. The office staff is tip top and they are always very sweet. But you said that at the end...so I'll give you props.
