I really didn't mind living here at all. During college season parking near your own apartment is hectic especially when your neighbors own 2 or more cars. If you live on the bottom floor beware of the stomping you will hear from your loud neighbors. My suggestion....TOP FLOOR if you want peace and quiet 24/7!!!
