honestly, this place is way overpriced. i do realize that it's a 10 minute walk to the lloyd noble, but $435 for an efficiency as poorly kept up as this place is laughable. it seems to be over 25 years old and it shows. my building is actually molding and rotting. my fixtures are cheap and disgusting. the staff is not helpful and extremely rude. there are two pools, and you can rent washers and dryers. the maintenance staff is also really great. they fixed everything in a timely fashion.
