We lived here from 2001 - 2004 while my wife and I were undergrads at OU. This place was much better than our first apartment which was on the NE side of town.

1. We never had any problems with the neighbors, most were grad students, even some profs. No kids running amok.
2. I can't recall any problems with the office staff or leasing goofiness.
3. The proximity to campus was great, however shopping is a distance.
4. One good thing about the higher rent is that is tends to keep away the "crime friendly" tenants.
5. Rent was increased at each lease renewals, but only in $10 - $15 increments. Out here in MA, they jumped my rent $100/mo.
6. I had washer dryer hookups in my apartment which was great
7. Pets were allowed. My cat loved sitting on the balcony watching cars drive up the street
8. Parking was good.
9. My only complaint was trying to turn into the apartments after an OU basketball game let out. GO SOONERS!!

I'd rent from them again.
