Post Oak was great in the beginning. It was fairly quiet (aside from the fraternity brother neighbors who would get drunk and destroy property) and while higher in price, you got excellent service.

New people moving in have not been keeping with the tradition of Post Oak as a quiet community of students. Single parents with multiple children (why would you have 3 or more children in an apartment') and even more raucous Greek members have moved in and made loud noises at 3am common place. The staff has gotten slower with filing work orders, making a work order regarding a leaky ceiling on Thursday turn into a collapsed ceiling that won't get tended until the following Monday. More than one apartment has experienced leaking, leading me to believe the apartments are not as well maintained as they would have you believe.

Save your money and look elsewhere.
