My college roomate and I had a two bedroom on the second floor. My favorite thing about the apartment was the fabulous, screened in, covered balconies. Since moving out, I've realized what a cool thing that was to be able to sit outside and listen to the rain...I really loved my apartment!
The closets were huge, the layout was perfect for roomates, and the location was great.
I always felt safe there, which was important to me, as a girl. The landscaping was well done. It always looked so pretty there! It's also nice to be right by the big sidewalk that goes north. I went running a lot, even at night. It was fairly quiet, too. I never had any complaints about noise or anything. It's mostly older graduate students or recent grads who lived there.
The staff was never a problem. They were always nice and easy to work with, and maintenance fixed stuff super-fast.

While it is old, and the age shows, it's not a bad place to call home. The price is good for what you get. I loved my two years at Post Oak!!
