The renovated apartments are nice LOOKING, but the job done wasn't as great as it seems. The doors to my laundry area are white but not painted. The patch jobs on the walls are terrible to the point you can see the two tones of where the walls were patched poorly and they've been painted over so many times its almost impossible to put a nail through them. The ceilings are thin as paper, to the point I've bolted awake in the middle of the night thinking someone was in my apartment when in reality it was the person above me. The parking is terrible; after 9pm, you have to park on the curb. The shower was coated with someone else's hair when I moved in. My mailbox key didn't work, as do many other friends I have living in the complex and you're required to call the Post Office and have it changed yourself as well as paying for it...I can keep going, but I think I've said enough.

And to top it off, the office staff is rude and largely incompetent.
