My boyfriend and I lived in a one bedroom with our little dog. We enjoyed it. We got the apartment with a $99 move in (included first month, deposit, and pet deposit). There was plenty of parking spaces, and I particularly liked that the bus stopped in front of my apartment door. The apartment was, for the most part, quiet. During the big ice storm that took out the electricity for several days, the office provided wood for the fireplace, water bottles, and de-icing salt. I thought that was very nice of them to do that. I loved their screened in porch especially when those darm mosquitos come around during the summer. We had a broken dishwasher, and the guy came and put in a brand new one the next day. The only downside to the place is that it is just north of the waste water treatment plant. That means that on a nice warm day, with the southerly winds blowing just right, you will smell the stench.

Thanks for being so negative, but I am not the manager nor was I ever an employee. I was an actual resident. I usually do not write about my experiences, but I figured I should because the place really wasn't that bad. I've lived in worse apartments in Norman. And to be fair, I actually got a Withdrawl (nearly failed) in my college English class at OU. I just don't enjoy sounding like an idiot when I write.
