We moved into these apartments last summer. We were somewhat skeptical to move in as there were tarps on the roofs and the siding seemed to be falling off in some places. They promised us that everything was getting fixed. 6 months later it seems like everything has been fixed. They put a new roof and siding on all the buildings. They have also just begun to paint the apartments. The construction was a nightmare but it looks to be over now. The apartments themselves are nothing special. Our apartment seems to be not so insulated. You can feel cold air when the wind is blowing. There is also a lot of trash that blows in the wind. There is also a lot of dog poop all over the place.

The maintanence is very quick to fix things. The carpet was brand new when I moved in with a nice coat of paint. The apartments are looking a lot better on the outside. They have a renovated apartment that looks good but is way out of my price range. Never had a problem with the office staff or the people that live around me. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
