Renaissance is by far the nicest place to live in Norman. However, they are building some new properties around Norman that are pretty nice too.
I have a 3 bedroom and if you are splitting rent with roomates it only comes out to be around $375 p/p which is awesome for how nice this place is.
Management has their days, but mostly they are efficient. My valet trash is picked up every morning and even when animals get into the trash and get it everywhere- management picks it up everytime.
Exercise room is small. But they have a great pool and tennis courts.
Considering it's Norman this place is really nice and not run down like the other communities around here!
