I saw all of the terrible things that the Renaissance manager did to both tenants and employees. The property manager Edye and her assistant Amanda will boldly lie to people or just avoid them all together and make the poor leasing agents take all of the heat when tenants are taken advantage of (and they will be). You will be promised an upscale, clean apartment and you will get a mediocre at best, dirty apartment that wont be ready when they promise that it will. VERY overpriced, not close to town, frequent plumbing problems, rude office staff. STAY AWAY!
