The manager was horrific. She would push around her employees and refuse to let any tenants or future residents into her office to speak with her. We were in a bind and needed an apartment immediately because we were living out of a hotel and a truck (coming from far out of town). We were tired of hearing unrealistic demands from the mysterious "Miss Edye", who never emerged from her office, except to cowardly avoid anyone who was upset with her impudence. We reluctantly gave a bank statement showing enough money to pay for the entire lease three times over, and after approaching her (although her secretaries seemed afraid of what might happen if anyone were to go into her office to speak to her personally, especially to confront her about her irrational decisions), she said that SHE didn't ask for the bank account information and that she didn't even use it in her evaluation. She had poor excuses and kept saying that "all apartments ask for this...you'll never get in anywhere!" (Of course, we found a much better place that afternoon.) She was anything but accommodating, made our lives 100 times more stressful and wasted two full days of our time. This was only three days of dealing with her, and I am sure that it's just a taste of what would have been ahead. I wouldn't recommend this kind of experience to anyone. What a B*tch.
