Stay away from this apartment complex. I am not an angry person who likes to say negative things about any one. I am a student at OU and I lived at Renaissance with my two kids. Everything that other people wrote about this apartment is TRUE! The new manager is a very rude, unprofessional and unethical individual. These apartments are old, run down and expensive. They have a contract with Minol which is an out of state water supplier. My water bill is $80 a month. If you live here and find yourself having problems with the Manager due to no fault of yours then you have no luck getting your problems resolved. Be careful if you choose to live at Renaissance, make sure that you read everything they handed to you. The manager is a liar and a thief. Even if you live here and pay your rent on time, just make sure you got a signature because they will come back and tell you that your rent was late and charge you 10% late fee and if you'll try to correct the problem. They will be rude to you and say that they don't have time for you and you just have to pay it. The will try to steal your hard earned money. To make this short, let me give you the fact: there are two phases in one building, one phase has 12 units. The phase that I live in has 12 units and there only 3 units are being rented, the other 9 units couldn't get lease out. I could go on about their problems and the management. Just be careful! I wouldn't recomend this apartment property to my worse enemy.
