Just so that everyone knows, the company that owns the Rennaissance is in Utah and if you run into any problem with the "New Witch",you are done. She and her assistant (Amy) will do everything they can to make your life misserble. They are rude and greedy. $775 rent 80 water bill 155 electric for an old two bedrooms apartment is way too much. I made a mistake by moving in here 6 months ago and I can't wait to move out. Their apartments are very old and running down in side. Don't let their landscape fool you. They have lots of water damages from roof damages, this can lead into invisible molds. They also have alot of plumping problems. The air in my unit is very dusty and I don't know why, I dust and clean my apartment twice a week. My power bill is extremely high due to poor insulation. My kitchen sink grossly leaked at least 4 times for the last year. I know alot of other tenants have the same problems. And be sure to read everything they make you sign. These people will trick you. The only thing is good about this apartment is their lawns. Unfortunately, we can't live on their grass (LOL). Parking is a major issue for me. If I get off work after 5pm, I will not have any place to park. This new management is just as bad as the last one. I am moving out in two months when my lease is over. Thank goodness. Good luck to those that ignore the warnings and move in the Rennaissane. Be ware of "BEASTS". They will go out of their ways to rip you off and harrass you if you shall question them about their ripping you off. They have the right to do it because you are at their mercy. Move in the Rennaissance and put your family at risks! Good luck! By the way, the previous review sound like it came from Amy, the ugly, stupid assisstant to the Beast(she looks like she is made in China with a blond wig). They are just a punch of bad people who will lie to you and refuse to talk to you if you should have a question. They all will go straight to hell when they die!
