I've lived here for a year now and I really like it here. I too have had some problems with the parking here but the nice office staff and helpful maintenance team has won me over. Since I've moved in I have had a couple request for things to be done in my apartment and I didn't even have to wait a day and some one was already out taking care of the things I asked for. I feel very welcome here and my apartment is super nice, so far the nicest I've ever lived in. I highly recommend the Renaissance to anyone who wants a luxury apartment or a friendly environment.

Sounds like it came from a staff member! Honestly, who knows everybody's names in the office?...and it isn't because they have had problems with them? They are even trying to trick people in their reviews! And if this isn't a staff member...just wait until you have a problem, and then see what happens. If on move out day you are still happy with the complex, then consider yourself extremely lucky.

I agree. I have lived in the Renaissance for years now. The new management is horrible. They are definitely nothing to brag about.
