During my 9 months at Riverbend, I had maybe ten showers with hot water. Out air conditioner never worked and ended up cosing us hundereds in electric bills. Our deadbolt didn't work and our door never shut correctly. We had an infestation of ants at one time and had to handle it ourselves. These apartments are ridiculously small, extrememly overpriced, and just not worth it. The front office is even worse. They are very two-faced and dishonest, and don't ever go to them with a problem because they will not care nor help.
