I have lived in Riverbend for 2 years. Most of this time there has been no one living above me. There is now a family living above me. I can hear every word they say, every footstep they take, and any other noise (including their dog) that they care to make. It is absolutely miserable. Parking is an extreme nightmare, they do not have enough spots for the residents that are anywhere close to their apartment. Parking is not assigned, so you get what you get when you get home, and most of the parking street lights are out. Maintenace has attempted to fix broken things, but only half-heartedly. Management does not seem to care about complaints. Just consider your options before moving in. My lease is about to end, and I am looking for a new place. I wish you all the luck.
