I currently live in Riverbend and it is a waste of money. Earlier this year we had a problem with some tenants making too much noise at 4:30 AM. We were promised that they would be moved or evicted my the current Manager (They change faster than the weather), (Name Omitted). However, they opted to not move and the management did nothing.

The root of the problem is Transwest Properties. Obviously they are putting so much pressure on their staff, their staff has no sense of loyalty to their patrons. After spending 8 months without a single problem (I even spent my own money to try to plant some grass around my porch), I was quickly told to vacate the premises within 5 days because they had failed to receive my rent. Even though as the assistant manager, (Name omitted), had admited to receiving the payment on Sunday.

In retrospect, sure I was late...it was Sunday. I just wish that their was some sort of allowance (besides the mock 5 days, actually 48 hours) that could be given to good tenants. I am not going to let this rest anytime soon.

P.S. I recommed that anyone looking for a place for 2004-2005 stay away from Riverbend. They are way too pricey and are way too rude for the money. They have forgotten that they are here to offer a service to the tenants of Norman and not the other way around.
