I moved in six months ago and the management still has me listed as the previous tenant. We have had a spider problem (including recluses), a hole in our door that was reported over a month ago and has yet to be fixed, and a dishwasher that won't wash dishes. Don't expect anything to get taken care of if you move in here, especially with the management. Their pest control is located up in OKC half an hour away so if you have a bug or spider problem and report it, don't expect the problem to get taken care of until weeks later. Not to mention the management is so bad, that there are new office workers it seems like every month so you never know who to address your problems to. And not to mention that the rent is unequal. If the tenants split the cost equally the one with the smaller bedroom is getting ripped off completely. You'll see what I mean if you take a tour. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!
