This has got to be the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is horrible! In 95 degree weather my AC broke down and was not repaired for 4 days! Then it quit working again within a week. I had a leak in my ceiling that was caused from the AC upstairs. They would not come to fix it until a month later when the water build-up caused the ceiling to fall through. Even then, they did not repair the problem correctly.
The trees that were next to my windows upstairs had several crazy branches that would slap against my window during storms and windy days eventually breaking my bedroom window. The did not repair the window for 2 weeks...this was in the middle of the summer when it was 100 degrees outside!! They did not replace the damaged blinds from this incident and acutally charged me when I moved out for damaged blinds. They also charged me for the water stain on the carpet near the upstairs AC closet that was caused by the damage. When I refused to pay for these damages out of principle, the manager (who was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with) sent it into the collections agency. Thank you for attemting to ruin my credit! I never felt safe there. My car was broken into 3 times while I was there. Parking lot lights were rarely working. Loud parties all around me all hours of the night. During the winter months, the sidewalks and parking lots were NEVER salted or sanded...one of these days they will experience a major law suit for that! I was also charged for damage that my dog that I allegedly owned had done to the walls and carpet...I never even had a dog!!! This place is rediculous. They prey on unsuspecting college students that need a cheap place to live. Bless your hearts if you decide to move into this slum! The entire experience there was horrible! I wouldn't even recommend that place to my in-laws!
