I lived in Riverbend for about 1 year with no problems, although a friend encountered many with the office staff. When I moved out I was charged for damage that was done to the apartment by the previous tenant. When I brought this to the attention of the office staff I was told that they would never move somebody into an apartment with that kind of damage and that I was lying even though my premises report noted the damage. I suggest that if you move into Riverbend, take dated pictures of any damage. The office staff is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Ants covered my apartment, i fell on ice multiple times during the winter. A strange man approached my car at night and the "security guard" would do nothing about it. If you don't want loud parties around you, dont live here, they do nothing about noise and will even ridicule you for making a complaint. When I preleased my apartment they gave me the address and showed me the apartment I would be moving into. When I showed up to move in, they put me in a different apartment that was not what I asked for. I can truly say that I hope nobody ever lives in Riverbend again SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I lived next door to this whiny, turn down your playstation, I don't like pets, i.e. my little dog, cranky maniac and I hope she never lives at Riverbend again!

A perfect example of how "I am entitled to being treated special because my self esteem is important" has ruined society. Unfortunately in the real world no one passes out blue ribbons for attendance. Grow UP!!

Yeah hi I'm the cranky maniac that lived below "okalahoma sweetheart roses". I did not write this first comment, but now that you mention it I have something to say. I lived below you for 9 months, and got tired of your stereo rattling my windows at 4AM, and your dog taking dumps on my doormat. And don't worry, I got out of that hellhole, and there's no way I'll be back. I'd rather sleep in a box. By the way, for other readers management is awful and disrespectful, and the apartments are unremarkable for the price. Keep looking, you can find better.
