I read the comments posted by previous tenants and was baffled. I don't see how they honesltly have so many problems with this property. The only problem I have ever had with this property was the old management. Ever since it changed the place has been great! Tanya, the new manager, is a very good person. She tries hard to please her residents and truly cares. She's got a great personality and a fun-loving attitude. I honestly don't see how you could have problems with her. The staff seems to be reliable and hard-working. I have never had any bug problems... in fact I've never seen any insects in my apartment at all. I feel very safe here, and thats saying a lot for me! And the property is so beautiful! I would definately recommend Riverbend Apartments to just about anyone!!!

Honestly, I've never had any problems with the current management at all either. The old manager (Susan) was awful however!

Well I used my imagination, and I know who wrote that. It was a former resident that use to live here. If you think it was Ashley or I, you're mistaken. Hmm, do good people make good management? I guess time will tell. just a thought
