I lived in Riverbend for a year. The management was rude and unhelpful. I had problems with the plumbing in the middle of the night, and called the front office only to get no answer, no machine, nothing. Then the next morning I called again, only to be yelled at (literally) by the manager who told me I broke it, and they probably can't fix it because I didn't call soon enough! I was shocked! I also had my tires slashed in the parking lot (along many other tenants), and the management did not even care. They basically said "too bad so sad". They are awful, and I don't recommend anyone ever living there. BAD NEWS!
