This apartment complex has a nice entrance to the office with waterfalls surrounding it. However, the actual apartments are bare with no scenery and poor lighting that management controls. management is nice and caring when you fill out an application, but once you sign they mostly neglect your requests for maintence and if you are even a day late on rent, they threaten you with a written notice of late charges. if you are 10 days late they take you to court. The floor plans are small and the appliances are out dated. Most of the money the apartment's management uses, seems to go to nowhere. Overall, i was happy when i first moved in, But slowly was dissapointed by the rude management that wont help you and the rips you off of your money whenever they see fit.

I lived (and worked) there for two years and the only thing that I feel the need to add is that their proceedure on rent is pretty standard within the industry. Most property management companies send out late-rent notices on the 4th or 5th day of the month and give you 10 days to pay or be taken to court. They cannot tweak the rules for residents (even if rent is late by one day) due to Fair Housing. Not abiding by this can get a property management company into serious legal issues.

you are an idiot, and no that is not standard procedure to send a notice on the second of the month with a 50 dollar late charge. why dont you call management and tell them that you worked there and that they need to do something about the vandilism to peoples cars.

first of all, they don't send notices out the second day of the month. They go out on the 4th of the month, that gives 3 days to pay rent without a late fee. It's not the Jesus House or the Salvation Army, you do actually have to pay rent, what's so idiotic about that???
