Awful neighbors!

I lived in a townhouse and I loved the inside-had very few problems. BUT, the neighbors at 1528 are completely awful. They're a family that lets their kids run around the street all day and most of the night. It's unreal how this family acts. The children are bratty and the mother can be heard screaming at them or on the phone a great portion of the day. Seriously learn some manners. I will never ever rent from Riverbend again because of this horrible family. Stay away from 1528!
