As the title indicates, the best thing about this complex is the maintenance staff is on the ball. Anything that has been reported was taken care usually within about 30 minutes and max time couple hours of same day report.
Upon move-in, carpet was stained badly but said it was "new" and the make ready team had accidentally left stains while getting the apartment ready... ummm ok.

Within a week of moving in, we had issues with neighbors on both sides of us being obnoxiously loud tv/computer games and parties at all hours of the night and lasting for several hours at a time. Not only did it keep us from sleeping it disturbed our young child from sleep.
Over 15, yes I said FIFTEEN, phone calls to maganement and security guard, empty promises of neighbors moving, HORRIBLY RUDE MANAGEMENT that lied to us several times about many different things. I have NEVER had this many problems with management of apartments in my life. It's utterly ridiculous.
There is something wrong when management staff changes four times within five months and the end result is a lying, defensive and extremely rude person named Holly.

The place isn't exactly cheap, it's decent priced, Holly is horrendous (Amy is so much nicer), you can hear everything from your neighbors down to their microwave turning on/off, maintenance is great, parking is pretty good. And they are redoing the outside of the complex so that it doesn't look so trashy, so that is a definate plus-it looks much better. They have also added new pet stations for owners of pets actually pick up their pets poo.. it's a great thought but I have yet to see it in action. But that is pretty standard at any apartment even though they say it's enforced-it's not.

So there you have it. My experience.

I think the office staff is AMAZING!!!! ANYTIME and I mean ANYTIME I need something taken care of I can call the manager Holly and she is ON TOP OF THINGS!!! She is the best thing that has happen to Riverbend since I have lived here and I have lived here for 3 years!!! So I think you need to get your FACTS right before you start name bashing, and talking down on people. You are probably that ONE horrible tenant that every apartment complex has!!!! Holly and Amy are both VERY sweet girls and I could not ask for better staff all around!!!!!!! So quit the complaing and move if its that bad!!!!!

Sweetheart,( OR IS THIS HOLLY HERSELF!?!?! HAHA! ) I do have my facts straight and I have witnesses to back them up-(GASP! One might even be a staff member!!! Oh-The Plot Thickens!). This is a site for personal reviews of apartments and that is exactly what I did. My personal opinion-HOLLY IS HORRENDOUS. I can say that. Here let me do it again. HOLLY IS HORRENDOUS-She is the absolute worst apartment managemer I have ever come across. I do not like her and guess what? I have that right. I do not care if anyone thinks I am "that one horrible tenant that every apartment complex has"-I simply do not care. I pay my rent on time every month, I do not cause problems that people have to call Security or the Police about, I follow the rules, I do not break leases, I do not cause problems for my neighbors or any other tenants. Funny, how is that being a bad tenant? Lol... I have the right to complain, -----, review or anything I want, sweetheart, that is why this is America-and I am even doing so on an Apartment Review Site. Imagine that? If that isn't Holly or Amy's above response to my review, then I'm pleased you are content and couldn't ask for a better staff. That's cool. I'm glad you have that oppurtunity to think in that direction. I, on the other hand, have not had the oppurtunity to think that about the above named people, so therefor, I can only base this opinion on my experience... and my experience with the management staff, sucks.
