HORRIFIC!!! THE MANAGER IS A ------!!!

Long story short...don't bother coming here!
I've lived here for two uwars...and I wish I could take it all back.
The russian/german manager is a complete -----! And that's being nice! My roommate and I got a notice saying our rent was to go down for the next month...so we paid that amount. Lo and behold, early the next month, she puts a notice on our door that we didn't pay all of our rent and that she's tacking on a $25 late fee. We go to work it out with her and she says she sent that notice to the WRONG APARTMENT...AND STILL MAKES US PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE RENT PLUS THE FEE!
She doesn't take any responsibility for her actions and she doesn't care the least amount for her tennants!
STAY AWAY...SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND TROUBLE!!!
