The apartments were fairly new at the time I rented there. They were modern and reasonably priced. The only bad things were: 1) an indifferent leasing agent who was more interested in hitting on whatever girl may have been in the office instead of assisting me, 2) there was an apartment complex right across the street that was in horrible disrepair and had some irreputable tenants, and 3) my refrigerator went out two times ruining everything in it (when it went out the second time a month after the first, I had just got done buying a bunch of groceries).
