I really like the place... but they are increasing the rent every year for existing tenants, but keeps it same or low for new tenants!!

I am here for 2yrs. I really like the place. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. The only thing, i don't like about the apartment is the bathroom... it's really small...I don't have any problem with the management... whenever I have to fix the problem, they immediately fix it up... it's a nice place to live. When i first rented it, the price was really reasonable, but they are increasing the prices every year for the existing tenants, but keep it same or low for new tenants!!
But overall, it's a nice place....
