I live here in Springfield in a three bedroom. I really like it a lot. Rent is reasonable. The office staff is kind of rude, and unprofessional. For example, whe we signed our lease the guy told us that if we were going out of town or something we could just date a check for the 1st and they wouldn't cash it until then. Well, I wrote it for the 1st and went ahead and turned the check in because I wanted a receipt (the staff is desperately unorganized) and wouldn't have time later. I dropped my rent money into the night deposit box on that night because I was going out of town. Well, turns out they had cashed the check that day, and I got like 3 overdraft fees. I called and asked about it and a guy was extremely rude and said something along the lines of "well, if you don't want your check cashed until the first then don't give it to us until the first." It was kind of ridiculous. Other thab that we've had quite a few maintence problems, but they always come fix them in a timely manner. However, if you give them ore than one thing at a time, you usually have to remind them to do the second thing. My only complaint about the maintence is the sheer volume of problems we've had. They've had to replace the dryer (it was leaving black marks and holes in our stuff), fix the dishwasher, replace the carpet in the living room, we've had like 3 leaks in the roof, and our air conditioner was leaking as well. However, I've been overall satisfied with my experience. Oh, one kind of annoying/humorous thing the complex does: If you leave ANYTHING outside they'll leave you all these notes. Please remove _______ from patio/front door. One time we left a mop out for like an hour to dry after we cleaned the floors, and we got a not. =)
