This place is very scammy. Beware!! Like others said in their reviews for one they charge alot more when you try to renew a lease. My rent was $330 the first year then my renewal notice said $410 to renew. Basicly a 25% increase in one year! WOW! They called shortly before I moved out and said they could rent it for $390. lol For this tiny little place' No I don't think so. The place wasn't very clean when I moved in and I had to fill out a long report of all the problems with the place so I wouldn't be charged for anything when I moved out. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in and they are trying to charge me for some tile or carpet glue that is on the closet door. Something that is obviously from their maintenance worker doing piss poor sloppy work. If you have no other place to go and do decide to rent from these people then do yourself a favor. Make sure you fill out every single little detail in the move in report or you will be charged! I wonder how many tenants the charge for the same "damage" over and over. lol Such a scam. Just plan on only staying a year since your rent might increase by 25% after a year and just figure your deposit is non-refundable. They will charge for anything they can find weather you did it or not just to not have to give your deposit back. I have ALWAYS gotten my deposit back from apartments....til now that is.
