The price is tempting, but the managment was irresponsible, and unknowledgable, and just plain thieves. My stove smoked, my garbage disposal never worked, my dishwasher flooded into the floor, I lived above drug dealers. My thermostat broke in the winter, and despite the fact that I called the maintence serveral times it wasn't fixed for almost 2 weeks. I heard EVERYTHING my neighbors did.Fights, showers, I could literally hear the guy next door pissing in the morning. We didnt get our deposit back, despite the fact that the apartment looked better than how we left it. Although we turned in our keys at seperate times, they said NO keys were ever turned in, not ONE for the apartment. Then, after keeping our deposit, they charged us 100$ for the keys. Maintenance was slow, and you had to call several days in a row to get them to come out, and the usually didnt fix the problem the first time. My car was broken into, and so was my roommate's. Parking was often unavaible. We didnt get mailbox keys until 3 MONTHS after we moved in. They closed the laundry at night during the winter "to conserve energy" at 8pm. The people who live there are scary at best, the management barely speaks English and they are crooks. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. I wouldnt live in ANY of their apartments EVER again. They own PEPPERTREE/SUMMERPOINTE/SPRINGFIELD/CINNAMON CREEK.
