The management is very painful to deal with. The manager (Indian origin woman) is very rude and unprofessional. She does not show minimal courtesy to guests and tenants. She talks like she is doing some sort of favor. I would never go to Springfield office or rent thier property. They tell something and true does something different. For example, I was told the rent is 390 all along, it became 440 while signing the paperwork. I hope the upper management sees this review and does something about it.
