I was in the springfield apartment last year. The apartment is small (650 sq ft- 2 Bed, 550 sq ft- 1 Bed). The rent is higher than any other apartments nearby. The worst is the management (I mean only the Indian origin women). She is very rude and does not show minimal manners to people. One of my friends went to the office, he was interested to rent one apartment; but he decided against it because of that woman. As other people said, the top management (I mean the owner) should sack that woman who seems to know any manners at all, behaves as if she is the owner and doing a lot of favor to everybody. The worst thing I had there is to go to the office and see that woman in the office. The other people in the office were good to us. I have no complaint about them. I know they will agree with me, a lot of my friends still living there have the same feeeling.

Agree 100% with rahman123's comment. Once I went there for a friend. The way the Indian origin woman spoke and treated us is not professional at all. She is simply rude and unprofessional. My friend ended up not signing a lease with them. The rest of the stuff is really nice, but what can they do? She is manager!! Never met a manager with that kind of attitude. Best wishes to the owenr. If I need to go to that apartment any time in future (which I doubt), I hope that Indian lady is not in the office. Or, I will send someone to check if she is there or not.
