First of all, I have lived in the Pines for nearly 5 years, so what does that tell you' I have seen many tenants come and go. The manager, R and the leasing agent, L have always been very nice and professional, and to the four complainers that were griping via the web, why don't you consider the following things:
-this is an apartment complex that houses affordable living for many diverse and prominent individuals
-why write mean things that are not even true when you should be happy that you even got approved to live here'
-why is it so hard to do the right thing by complaining, and yet so easy to bash things that are not the management's fault'
that is all I can say for now, this is a very affordable and nice place to live, and it serves th purpose of temporary living to the best of its abilities and I challenge anyone that differs to speak with me or any of my neighbors, they will tell you the same things, the maintenance is great, they allow pets, the groundskeeper is funny and very cool, and that it is in a prime location and the management does care!! Give them a break this is a great place to live!! Have a wonderful day!! And if you are not a sooner fan, so what' These people are very cool and one of a kind! And I would rather have three minutes of wonderful than a lifetime of nothing special!!! So there!
