(UPDATE: As of July 13th, 2010, The management has corrected the Laundry Room issue and the Dumpster area has been cleaned up.

)Have lived here several years, Recently there has been much more noise, trash on the grounds and parking areas.

Parking areas are often overfilled, (too many derelict vehicles that never move) Laundry room unavailable due to plumbing problems.

There are many children allowed to run around unsupervised at all hours.

Dumpster areas unkempt and frequently overflowing.

Do you live at the Pines now? Or did you move already. Your comments seem like you currently live her, however your dates say you moved out in 2004. How do you know so much about the Pines if you don't even live here. I have lived here for almost one whole year, and I have nothing but good things to say. I have not seen any derelict cars, or gang members in the parking lot. Also when I go to to the laundry room I have never seen it dirty. You have to have a key to get into the laundry room and its always been neat and tidy. The grounds look better then they did 2 years ago. I remember driving by here around 2 years ago, and I would never even stop because of how trashy it looked. That must have been when the old manager (Bonnie or Vicki) were here. These managers didn't do background checks, and didn't care who lived here. I know this for a fact because I lived at a property that one of them runs now. When I drive by that property, I see the quick deterioration of that property. When old management was here the lawns looked terrible, we actually have flowers now, even with 110 degree temps, they are still being maintained. The pool has been opened since I got here, and has never looked bad. They close it every Monday to clean it. I go to the fitness room and it is great. Clean, cool updated equipment. So I don't know where exactly it is that you do live now, but it must not be the Pines of Norman, because everything you said in your review was totally the oppisite of how it is now.
