This complex use to be well run and a nice place to live.

It has taken a serious donward turn in the past 18 months.

Rumor has it that the present owners are trying to squeeze every dime out of this property without investing in upkeep or any improvements.

It has become very evident by the number of broken windows that go unrepaired and the continous bandaid repairs to serious sewer problems.

This has all occurred since the entire maintanance staff was replaced about a year and half ago.

There is pager number for emergency maintanance problems that has become for the most part useless.

Problems that use to be taken care of in a matter of hours now take days or weeks to resolve.

The laundry facilities are often left unlocked and the general condition of the machines is constantly filthy.There are also serious security and saety issues that have developed in the past year.

The management seems to turn a blind eye the scary people that come and go to apartments with a suspicious amount of visitor traffic.

Frequently, there are suspcicous people loitering in the parking lot areas.

Maintanance used to check smoke detectors and change filters on AC/heating units.

twice a year.

This is no longer done.

A month ago 3 children died in a fire in one of the units.

There is a rumor that the smoke detector wasn't working.

This use to be a nice economical place to live.

Now it's just a scary place to live.
